Something that is important to keep in mind especially when it comes to using CBD for sleep troubles is that everybody's individual biochemistry is different.
So in the same way that some people drink coffee and then can't sleep, some people can take the drops right before bed and immediately fall asleep while other find that the drops keep them awake (as their endocannabinoid system is overstimulated).
In the latter case it is best to try taking the drops throughout the day up until about 6pm, to ease the anxiety and tension that causes sleep problems so that the body and mind are relaxed by the time you put head to pillow.
With CBD and sleep it is especially true that you will just need to tinker around and find a dosage time and amount that is right for you as an individual.
